Dallas and San Antonio Sick Pay Ordinances

The cities of Dallas and San Antonio passed sick pay ordinances that mandate paid leave for employees who perform work within these cities (even if the employer is not based within the city) that are set to become effective August 1st.

This presentation will cover:

• The current status of the sick-pay ordinances
• What we know and don't know about the ordinances and how they'll be enforced
• Who is affected by the sick-pay ordinances
