Session Overview
During this session, an expert panel will be sharing their views on the current state of the industry and what is to come.
Hear perspectives from contractors, legal advisors, risk experts, and lenders on what trends they are seeing and the state of the current market and what is down the road.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand current trends relative contract language and legal issues contractors are facing.
- Be able to discuss what others are doing in the industry to help mitigate rising interest rates and the effects on lending and the industry as a whole.
- Be able to discuss the state of the labor market and what companies are doing to help with labor shortages.
- Be able to discuss where the market is seeing weaknesses and where there are opportunities for increased demand.
- Understand what companies are doing and should be thinking of over the next twelve months.
