As Vice President for North Texas construction operations at TDIndustries, Aaron Rice is responsible for setting strategic direction and client development. With three decades of career experience in project management and mechanical operations, Aaron is widely respected for his leadership and mentoring abilities. He is dedicated to fostering growth in others and is a strong advocate of the servant leadership model at TD.

Starting his career at TD managing semiconductor projects, Aaron quickly proved his aptitude for solving complex problems and building strong customer relationships. As a LEED-credited professional, Aaron has contributed to many projects including Cook Children’s Medical Center, Dickies Arena, JPMorgan Chase, UTA Energy Solutions, and Botanical Research Institute of Texas. And recently, providing operational support on NTT, QTS, Databank, and CyrusOne data centers.

Aaron has a degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University and received his master’s in business administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. He has numerous career achievements, including prestigious project awards such as the “Excellence in Construction Eagle Award” and the “Greener Tomorrow Award for BRIT.” However, he is most proud of the careers that he has positively impacted through the hiring, coaching and development of TD employees.

Aaron and his wife, Marla, have four children: Maggie, Brooklyn, Matthew and Andrew. He enjoys college sports, camping, tennis, mountain biking, and church activities.
