To ensure fairness and allow for accurate planning, this policy applies regardless of when you registered for an event.
- Cancellations made at least 8 days prior to the event are eligible for a 100% Refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event, regardless of the date of registration, are still accepted; however, will NOT be Refunded and the full invoice amount is due.
- No-shows are treated as cancellations within 7 days and are Not Refundable.
Substitutions
- Substitutions are always welcome and may be made at any time at no additional cost.
- To request a substitution, please contact our office at 817-640-8275.

- All sponsorships are non-cancellable and non-refundable once they have been advertised.
