Jules Hicks

Jules Hicks is a dedicated leader and strategic thinker with over 20 years of experience in operations and organizational management. She currently serves as the VP of Operations at Lorie Galloway Companies, Inc., a premier women-owned commercial masonry business founded by her mother in 2000. Alongside her mother and brothers, Jules is focused on evolving the company’s internal operations and strategic growth to ensure the family legacy thrives for the next generation and beyond.

Prior to stepping into the family business, Jules was an entrepreneur in the senior living industry, helping families navigate the complex challenges of transitioning loved ones into senior care. Her career also includes 14 years in the telecommunications industry, where she specialized in Marketing Operations and Project Management. This corporate foundation provides her with a unique perspective on process optimization and relationship building, which she now applies to the North Texas construction landscape.

Jules is a firm believer in the power of connection and is passionate about advocating for subcontractors through her work with ASA North Texas. She views herself as a Servant Leader and a connector of people, prioritizing clear communication in every partnership.

Outside of her professional life, Jules enjoys spending time with her three dogs, gardening, and woodworking. She also practices Tai Chi and loves traveling the world with her husband.
