Ryan Thomas serves as Group Manager for Polk Mechanical’s DFW Commercial division, where he leads with a people-first approach and a strong commitment to operational excellence. Since beginning his career in mechanical construction in 2016, Ryan has worked his way from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager and into his current leadership role, with additional experience in safety that enhances his well-rounded perspective in the field.

Known for his involved leadership style, Ryan is a trusted resource across the organization, bringing expertise in problem solving, cost management, systems, and collaboration with labor management teams. He is passionate about developing others and consistently elevates the performance of those around him.

He holds a degree from Midwestern State University and is widely recognized for his strong work ethic and people-first mentality. Ryan exemplifies Polk’s guiding principle, “Count on Us,” consistently delivering for both external partners and internal teams while raising the bar across Construction Operations.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Elise, and their daughters, Jane and Eleanor.
